FHS - Forward Hillingdon Squad

Welcome to the FHS website.

We hope that we have provided enough information on this website to enable you to see what we do, how we do it and whether it is the right choice for you and your children.

FHS Members - please ask Charlotte Lee to register you with the site (you will need to tell her your name and eMail address) - this will let you into our special club area where you will find more information about how the club is operating, how we are improving and details of swimmer performance and development.

Our hours at Uxbridge are:

Friday - Competitive swimmers 7.30pm - 9.00pm : All swimmers 8.00pm to 9.00pm
Sunday - Juniors 4.30pm - 5.30pm : Seniors 5.30pm - 6.30pm

Botwell Pool in Hayes.

Wednesday - 7.00pm - 8.00pm

This Wednesday session will have limited numbers and will continue to develop the swimmer.

Poolside warm-ups start 10 minutes before each session - all swimmers are expected to attend.

Sunday 23rd September Session Cancelled

Due to the gala that is being held at the pool, there will be no swimming on this Sunday.

Summer Opening Times

With summer looming ever so closer and the weather hinting of some sunshine, it's time to let you know when we are swimming during the holidays.

July:

The Water Polo League have got 2 Sundays booked these are 8th July and 15th July.

As these sessions will be unavailable to us, the Water Polo Squad have offered us the use of the 2 hour session they have on a Saturday. The date for this is to be confirmed and an email will go to all parents.

August:

We have decided to not hold the Wednesday sessions at Botwell Pool during August, these do not prove to be popular during the summer and cancelling these will ease the pressure on parents to attend mid-week. The session dates are:

1st August, 8th August, 15th August, 22nd August and 29th August.

All Friday and Sunday sessions will remain the same and run as normal.

Easter Opening Times

We have been advised by Hillingdon Pool of their opening times over Easter.

Due to early closure on Friday 6th April and Sunday 8th April, the sessions we would normally hold have been cancelled.

We wish you a Happy Easter and will see you again from Wednesday 11th April.
